Every year (apart from an overseas company trip), we organize a local road trip for everyone in our team, on the back of the motorbikes.
Imagine this, a grand fleet of 50+ motorbikes, 100+ people, taking over the streets of Saigon.
Lots of our newcomers asked: Why motorbikes? Why can’t we simply take a shuttle bus to the resort? And the answer is: That’s the whole meaning of teamwork, to take care of each other when someone got their bike broken, to take a rest and selfie together, to cover everyone when a rain comes unexpectedly.
We have to be there for each and every one of the team. For better or worse.
